A software development company in Yerevan.
What it is
Evistep is the software development company I founded in Yerevan in December 2015. It delivers web, mobile and game development for clients, and it is the home of the Evigames studio.
Why it matters to the rest
Evistep is where most of what I know about building teams was learned in practice: how work is handed off, where time leaks between people, and what it costs to coordinate. Those lessons run through everything I have built since, and through Builder's Time.
