What it is
Everyone uses the same models. The difference is what yours knows. instibrain is institutional memory for AI: one brain a team and its AI agents both read and write, so every AI the team uses knows the company.
The knowledge lives as plain pages the team owns, not as a black box inside somebody's product.
How it is built
It stays encrypted on the team's own devices. It works with any AI through MCP, so you bring your own model rather than being handed one.
There is a free personal brain and a paid team brain.
Why I built it
Every team I have run loses the same thing: the reasoning behind decisions. People carry it, and it leaves when they do. AI made that worse, because a model with no memory of your company confidently answers as though it has one.
