What it is
WebWork Time Tracker is AI time tracking and workforce productivity software for remote, hybrid and office teams. I have been building it since 2016, and it runs under WebWork AI, Inc., the company I founded and lead.
WebWork AI writes each member's daily work report, which saves teams up to 20 hours a month on reporting. The flow runs from clock-in through approvals and reports to invoices, expenses, payroll and payouts.
Where it stands
32,000+ businesses in 165 countries track their work with it, and 125M+ hours have been recorded. The YouTube channel passed 100,000 subscribers and earned a YouTube Silver Creator Award in 2026.
